Brownie à la Crème Anglaise et Chantilly

This time I’d like to share a “method” how to have an excellent dessert. I can’t say it’s a recipe since none of the ingredients are home made (but you can make it yourself if you have all day). Lol. Well, the French call it brownie à la crème anglaise et chantilly translated as brownie with english and whipped creme. Yummy!!

It’s so damn delicious. Simple, easy and VERY tempting. I ate this yummy dessert last Tuesday at Flunch restaurant and seems like I can’t take out its taste out of my head. Bahh.. I really need to share it and here you go..
