Makan time!!

This time I’d like to share a “method” how to have an excellent dessert. I can’t say it’s a recipe since none of the ingredients are home made (but you can make it yourself if you have all day). Lol. Well, the French call it brownie à la crème anglaise et chantilly translated as brownie with english and whipped creme. Yummy!!

It’s so damn delicious. Simple, easy and VERY tempting. I ate this yummy dessert last Tuesday at Flunch restaurant and seems like I can’t take out its taste out of my head. Bahh.. I really need to share it and here you go..

What will you need:

1 slice of Walnut Brownie or Brownie

1 box of crème anglaise.

and whipped creme

note: you can buy all these ingredients at Carrefour or nearest supermarket. *wink*

How to make it:

Pour creme anglais on a saucer

Put a slice of brownie on the creme

Push out some whipped cream on top of brownie

You can add cut strawberry to give some color and sour taste

Finally, have it bit by bit to know the different. Hahahaha.

Easy right!! Normally, it’s so complicated to have a decent dessert. But now, it’s damn Irresistable.

Have a try!!!
