<p>Voila resipi lagi..</p>
<p>Kali ni bukan diri ku yang masak. Tapi mdpai.. Huhuhu.. Masak ayam percik wooo.. Before ni telah ku cuba banyak kali membuatnya, tapi sering kali gagal. Tapi alangkah terkejut diriku (promis terkejut gile) apabila die yang cube masak untuk pertama kalinya resipi ini, menjadi wooo.. Sedap and lazat&#8230;</p>
<p>Resipi ni die rembat dari internet, tapi disebabkan die dah masak dan berjaya dengan cemerlangnya, kite bagi la kredit sket. Ayam percik à la mdpai (sebab ade je brg yg tak ckup daripada resipi btol.. so, dah modified la kire).. Hihihi..</p>
<p>Baiklah.. Begini bahan-bahan dan cara-cara membuatnya. Kata dirinya:</p>

<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Bahan-bahan:</span></p>
<ul>
<li>1 ekor ayam yang dipotong 8 (ayam tu size kecik je, kalo kat butcherie tu poulet pac)</li>
<li>400ml santan pekat</li>
<li>1 biji bawang besar</li>
<li>2 ulas bwg putih</li>
<li>1 batang serai</li>
<li>2cm halia</li>
<li>serbuk jintan manis (die kate die taruk banyak)</li>
<li>1/2 cawan tepung gandum(dibancuh dahulu dengan sedikit air untuk elak ketul-ketul)</li>
<li>sedikit air asam jawa</li>
<li>satu sudu kecil cili giling (optional, untuk kasi kaler merah je)</li>
<li>garam gula secukup rasa</li>
</ul>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Cara-cara:</span></p>
<ul>
<li>Blend bawang-bawang, halia, serbuk jintan manis, dan serai.</li>
<li>Perapkan ayam selama 1/2 jam dengan hasil blend.</li>
<li>Masakkan atas api: santan, air tepung, air asam jawa, cili giling dan ayam yang diperap tadi. Tambah garam dan gula scukup rasa.</li>
<li>Masak sampai ayam 3/4 masak  dan kuah sedikit pekat.</li>
<li>Angkat ayam then bakar (bersama sikit kuah) dalam oven yang sudah dipanaskan. Bakar lebih kurang 1/2 jam atau sampai kuah kering.</li>
<li>Sementara ayam dibakar, kalau kuah perciknya tak cukup pekat, teruskan la memasak sampai betol-betol pekat.</li>
<li>Bila ayam dah masak, boleh la curahkan kuah atas ayam tadi. (ikut selera masing-masing la ye..) hihih</li>

<p>All you need is:</p>

<li>Fine Sugar</li>

<p>Method:</p>

<li>Rince the strawberry and throw away the leaf on it.</li>
<li>Put in a bowl.</li>
<li>Sprinkle an amount of sugar on it.</li>
<li>Let it rest for 5 minutes so that the sugar will adsorb into the strawberry.</li>
<li>Then you can it eat!!</li>
</ul>

<p>Bile kopek kulit pisang tu, dalam die elok je lagi, tapi disebabkan I judge the book by it&#8217;s cover, tak lalu nak makan begitu saja. Hihih. Maka, tercipta la breakfast cekodok pisang yang ingin ku sharekan resepi nye bersama. Kacang je&#8230;</p>
<p>Kepada sesapa yang beli pisang tapi pisang tu dah itam, jangan dibuang, baik buat cekodok. Sedap..</p>

<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Resepi Cekodok Pisang:</span></p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Bahan-bahan:</span></p>
<ul>
<li>3 biji Pisang yang EXTRA masak. (tak kira jenis pape asal kan pisang)</li>
<li>4-5 sudu besar gula (kalo jenis yang suka manis)</li>
<li>Secubit, Garam (ikut cita rasa, tapi jangan banyak², sebab nak bagi lemak sket cekodok tu)</li>
<li>Tepung gandum</li>
<li>Air</li>
</ul>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Cara-cara:</span></p>
<ul>
<li>Hancurkan pisang.</li>
<li>Masukkan gula. Kalo tak suka manis, kurangkan kuantiti.</li>
<li>Masukkan 2.5 cawan tepung + garam</li>
<li>Masukkan air sikit-sikit dan tengok kepekatan. Jangan cair sangat bancuhannya.</li>
<li>Kacau bancuhan, tapi kacau slow² kalo tak, keras nanti cekodoknya.</li>
<li>Goreng bulat-bulat( guna tangan) atau bujur-bujur (guna sudu) dalam minyak panas.</li>
<li>Goreng sampai keperangan macam gambar atas tu.</li>
</ul>
